A.Legislative Docket: Disposition of legislation, including any public hearings on legislation.

1.Ordinance No. 2009-26 - An ordinance amending certain subsections of section 1139.02 of the Chagrin Falls Codified Ordinances relating to permitted uses in limited industrial districts. First Reading April 13, 2009, Public Hearing June 8, 2009.

2.Resolution No. 2009-28 - A resolution adopting the Chagrin Falls Alternative Tax Budget for fiscal year 2010, and declaring an emergency. New Legislation.

3.Ordinance No. 2009-29 - An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a contract extending the dental plan provided to all full time Village employees with Delta Dental for a two year period beginning July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2011, an declaring an emergency. New Legislation.

4.Ordinance No. 2009-30 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an addendum to the agreement with the Chagrin Falls Suburban Volunteer Firemen's Association, and declaring an emergency. New Legislation.

5.Ordinance No. 2009-31 - An ordinance amending the traffic control map and the traffic control file by removing five metered parking spaces on South Main Street, and declaring an emergency. New Legislation.

6.Ordinance No. 2009-32 - An ordinance adopting and implementing the procedures under Chapter 5722 of the Ohio Revised Code to facilitate re-utilization of nonproductive land situated within the Village of Chagrin Falls, and declaring an emergency. New Legislation.

B.Administrative Docket: Actions to be taken upon recommendations from the Board of Zoning Appeals.

7.Administrative Order No. 2009-33 - Final Order of Council and Conclusion of Fact regarding a variance request of PSJS, LLC for property located at 9 River Street.

8.Administrative Order No. 2009-34 - Final Order of Council and Conclusion of Fact regarding a river buffer variance request of CSI Chagrin, LLC for property located at Bentleyville Road and West Orange Street.
