A. Legislative Docket: Disposition of legislation, including any public hearings on
legislation.
1. Ordinance No. 2010-42 - An ordinance amending Section 1309.01 of the
Codified Ordinances of the Village of Chagrin Falls to authorize a permit fee of
twice the amount ordinarily charged when work is performed without the
necessary Village permit, and declaring an emergency. New legislation.
2. Resolution No. 2010-43 - A resolution declaring public safety a top priority of
the Village; finding an adequate police station to be an integral component of the
Village’s ability to provide comprehensive public safety services; inviting Village
residents to visit the current Village Police Station; encouraging electors to vote
“YES” on ISSUE 2; and declaring an emergency. New legislation.
3. Resolution No. 2010-44 - A resolution declaring this Council’s intention to make
the Village a “greener” government by incorporating bio-based products, of equal
or higher quality and available for an equivalent price, into the Village’s daily
operations, and declaring an emergency. New legislation.
