A. Legislative Docket: Disposition of legislation, including any public hearings on
legislation.
1. Resolution No. 2010-23 - A resolution determining to proceed with the
submission to the electors of the Village the question of the issuance of bonds in
the aggregate principal amount of $3,995,000 for the purpose of constructing,
furnishing and equipping a new police station building and improving its site, and
declaring an emergency. New legislation.
B. Administrative Docket: Actions to be taken upon recommendations from the
Board of Zoning Appeals.
1. Administrative Order No. 2010-24 - Final Order of Council and Conclusions
of Fact regarding a river buffer variance request of Spillway, LLC for property
located at 218 Cleveland Street.
2. Administrative Order No. 2010-25 - Final Order of Council and Conclusions
of Fact regarding a variance request of Grant & Laura Cleveland for property
located at 530 Solon Road.
3. Administrative Order No. 2010-26 - Final Order of Council and Conclusions
of Fact regarding a variance request of Craig Gemmill for property located at 34
West Summit Street.
