A. Legislative Docket: Disposition of legislation, including any public hearings on
legislation.
1. Ordinance No. 2010-08 - An ordinance amending Section 137.08 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Chagrin Falls relating to the review of plans by the Architectural Board of Review. First Reading February 22, 2010,
Second Reading March 8, 2010.
2. Ordinance No. 2010-09 - An ordinance amending certain subsections of 1109.05 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Chagrin Falls relating to Architectural Board of Review procedures. First Reading February 22, 2010,
Second Reading March 8, 2010, Public Hearing April 12, 2010.
3. Ordinance No. 2010-10 - An ordinance enacting new Chapter 1115, Design Review, to provide for design review regulations that maintain and enhance the distinctive character of the Village. First Reading February 22, 2010, Second Reading March 8, 2010, Public Hearing April 12, 2010.
4. Ordinance No. 2010-14 - An ordinance making appropriations for the current expenses and other expenditures of the Village of Chagrin Falls during and for the year ending December 31, 2010. New legislation.
5. Ordinance No. 2010-15 - An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Medical Mutual of Ohio for health care insurance coverage for the employees of the Village of Chagrin Falls, and declaring an
emergency. New legislation.
6. Ordinance No. 2010-16 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into anagreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation and to take any other action necessary to participate in the bulk purchasing of road salt for the 2010-
2011 winter season, and declaring an emergency. New legislation.
B. Administrative Docket: Actions to be taken upon recommendations from the Board of Zoning Appeals.
4. Administrative Order No. 2010-13 Final Order of Council & Conclusion of Fact regarding a variance request of Huntington Bank for property located at 98 North Main Street.
