Ordinance No. 2010-45 - An ordinance amending subsection (b) of section 1353.03 of the Codified Ordinances to provide for the adoption of a revised flood insurance study and accompanying flood insurance rate map and amending subsection (b) of section 1353.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Chagrin Falls to clarify when specific flood hazard reduction standards apply, and declaring an emergency. New legislation. 2. Ordinance No. 2010-46 - An ordinance rejecting all bids received for the "2010 Emergency Generator Improvements" Project and authorizing the Village Engineer to rebid the project, and declaring an emergency. New legislation. 3. Resolution No. 2010-47 - A resolution authorizing the Mayor to prepare and submit an application to participate in the Ohio Public Works Commission Grant Program and to execute all contracts as required, for the North Street Water Main Improvements Project, and declaring an emergency.
