The 2011 organizational meeting of the Council of the Village of Chagrin Falls was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Mr. Patton.

ELECTION OF COUNCIL PRESIDENT

Mayor Brick opened nominations for Council President. Moved by Mrs. Evans, seconded by Mr. Williams that Mr. Patton serve as Council President. Carried. Evans, Jacobs, Lutz, Milko, Subel, Williams. Abstain: Patton. Nays: None. Moved by Mr. Jacobs, seconded by Mr. Williams that the nominations for Council President be closed. Carried. Ayes: Evans, Jacobs, Lutz, Milko, Patton, Subel, Williams. Abstain: Patton. Nays: None.

Mayor Brick opened nominations for Council President Pro Tem. Moved by Mr. Patton, seconded by Mr. Williams that Mrs. Evans serve as Council President Pro Tem. Carried. Mr. Patton opened nominations for Council’s Planning and Zoning Representative. Moved by Mr. Subel, seconded by Mrs. Lutz that Mr. Jacobs serve as Council’s Planning and Zoning Representative. Carried. Ayes: Evans, Lutz, Milko, Patton, Subel, Williams. Abstain: Jacobs. Nays: None.
