The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Steven Patton.
YEAR-END APPROPRIATIONS
The Committee, along with Mr. Bloom, reviewed and discussed the amended official certificate of estimated resources and Ordinance No. 2010-67 that makes the appropriations for the current expenses and other expenditures.
Mr. Bloom brought to the Committee’s attention that on page #2 of the ordinance under the General Fund to Safe Routes Grant $700, that same $700 should show up down below, right below the C.O.P.S. Grant line, with a $700 appropriation. It should show up twice so that would change the grand total on page #3 to $12,286,720.00.
Mr. Bloom explained how they arrived at these numbers. Comments were heard and questions were answered.
Moved by Mr. Subel, seconded by Mr. Milko that we recommend to Council that we pass this legislation. The motion carried unanimously.
