The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m. by Chairman Richard Subel.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE BENEFITS

Alan Schinagle, Jr. of Consulting Services explained the employee health care options available to the Village for 2008. Anthem’s initial renewal quote represented an 18% increase over last year. With some changes to the coverage, the rate increase can be brought down to 3.8%. There was some discussion regarding other types of plans and other providers.

Moved by Mr. Subel, seconded by Mr. Milko to renew with Anthem’s Option 19. The motion carried unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
