The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Steven Patton.

HERITAGE HOME LOAN PROGRAM

Representatives of the Heritage Home Loan Program distributed informational pamphlets. They explained the history of the program and the benefits available to the Village residents. They talked about current projects, pending projects, and projects that have been completed throughout the Village.

Moved by Mr. Milko, seconded by Mr. Watterson to continue the Heritage Home Loan Program for an additional year and also ask the Administration to work closely with the Chamber of Commerce to introduce this to them to get the word out on commercial and residential as far as any additional targeted streets or targeted homes; we would certainly like to expand that. The motion carried unanimously.

WHITESBURG PARK SHELTER HOUSE

Ark Kvacek presented drawings for improvements along with some preliminary numbers for materials. Mr. Himes will review the plans and look at the building a little more closely. The Committee will further consider this at their next meeting.
