The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Nancy Rogoff.

Mayor Brick swore in Michael Houston.

REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES - CHAPTER 1109.05

The Commission along with Mrs. Lindner reviewed and discussed the final draft dated February 16, 2010.

DESIGN REVIEW - CHAPTER 1115

The Commission along with Mrs. Lindner reviewed and discussed the final draft dated February 15, 2010.

Moved by Mrs. Rogoff, seconded by Mr. Houston to adopt Chapter 1109.05, Review and Approval Procedures, new Chapter 1115, Design Review, and Chapter 137.08(b), Review of Plans; Time Limit, and send them to Council with our recommendation for approval, that they be approved. Carried. Ayes: Rogoff, Lange, Houston, Baker, Jacobs. Nays: None.

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

There was general discussion. It will be discussed further at the March meeting.
