The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Nancy Rogoff.

REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES - CHAPTER 1109.05

This was reviewed and discussed. Comments were heard and suggestions were made. No action was taken.

DESIGN REVIEW - CHAPTER 1115

This was reviewed and discussed. Comments were heard and suggestions were made. No action was taken.

SUB DIVISION FEES AND DEPOSITS - CHAPTER 1161.04 & CHAPTER 1161.09

The Commission discussed revisions regarding imposing fees and deposits to cover administrative costs incurred by the Village in processing various applications.

Moved by Mrs. Rogoff, seconded by Mrs. Lange that we recommend the changes proposed for Chapter 1161.04 and Chapter 1161.09 subject to the modifications that we have noted.

MEETING CANCELLATION NOTICE

Moved by Mrs. Rogoff, seconded by Mr. Houston that we eliminate the December 21, 2009 meeting. The motion carried unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 8:27 p.m.
