The meeting was called to order at 7:20 p.m. by Chairman Janna Lutz.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

The Committee discussed and reviewed the proposed three-year contract. Mrs. Lutz said the rate increases are prorated among the six communities that share their services on the basis of population, property evaluation, and the number of calls. Mr. Vedder explained the specifics of the rate increases.

Moved by Mrs. Evans, seconded by Mrs. Lutz that we accept the proposed contract from the Chagrin Falls Suburban Volunteer Fireman’s Association. The motion carried unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
