The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Chairman Janna Lutz.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES CONTRACT

Chief Zugan explained the specifics of the three-year contract. The rate increase for the first year is about 3% over the current year and 3% for each of the two subsequent years of the contract. The new contract rate for 2011 is $310,533. In 2012 is goes up to $319,849 and up to $332,643 in 2013.
Moved by Mrs. Evans, seconded by Mrs. Lutz that we authorize the Mayor to enter into this agreement with the Suburban Volunteer Fireman’s Association for the next three years. The motion carried unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
