VILLAGE OF CHAGRIN FALLS
ADMINISTRATION AND COMPENSATION COMMITTEE

Members present: Subel, Milko, Williams
Also present: Mayor Brick, Bloom, Himes, Patton, Al Schinagle Jr.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Richard Subel.
EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE
There was general discussion of the Village’s employee health care benefits. Al Schinagle gave an overview of the current plan and compared it to several other available plans. He answered questions from the Committee.
The Committee agreed on the Medical Mutual Plan as explained by Mr. Schinagle. There will be legislation at the next Council meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
