The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Richard Subel.

PAYROLL CLASSIFICATIONS

Mayor Brick, Chief Zugan, and Chief Brosius explained the reasons for proposed Ordinance No. 2010-21. A full-time position (Chief Dispatcher) is being eliminated, two police department positions will be moved up one pay grade, and the position of Fire Prevention Officer will be made full-time. There was discussion of the net cost of these changes to the Village.

Moved by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Milko to approve Ordinance No. 2010-21. The motion carried unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
