The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Mrs. Mignogna.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The minutes of the meeting held September 28, 2010 were approved.

ROSANNE M. PASSALACQUA, WEST END OF WEST WASHINGTON STREET - AN APPEAL TO THE SEPTEMBER 20, 2010 DECISION OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR THAT HER PROPOSAL DOES NOT CONFORM TO CODE SECTION 1125.03(c), PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 932-02-005.

ROSANNE M. PASSALACQUA, WEST EMD PF WEST WASHINGTON STREET - REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE TO SECTION 1125.03(c), AREA, YARD, AND HEIGHT REGULATIONS: MAIN BUILDINGS AND SECTION 1125.04(b)(4)and(5), AREA, YARD, AND HEIGHT REGULATIONS: ACCESSORY STRUCTURES, PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 932-02-005.

Mrs. Mignogna said I would like to mention that we have a partial Board here tonight; we are missing one of our Board members. Given that, we’d like to offer the opportunity to delay this meeting until we have a full Board to discuss the issues regarding the west end of West Washington Street.

Dale Markowitz said I am representing the applicant. I have had a chance to discuss this with my client and she would like to wait until there is a full Board. Based on the discussions we had, I have advised her that it would be better to wait until the meeting next month assuming that I don’t have another meeting that night. Do you have any reason to believe that you wouldn’t have a full Board that night? Mr. Williams said no. Mr. Himes said not right now. Mr. Williams said Wade will be here. Mrs. Mignogna, Mrs. Loomis, and Mr. Boehringer all said I will be here.

Mr. Williams said this issue will be delayed until the Tuesday, November 23, 2010 meeting at 8:00 p.m. in these chambers.

The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
