The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Nancy Rogoff.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The minutes of the meeting held June 21, 2010 were approved.

PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS

There was discussion as to whether an initial approach is needed to deal specifically with construction vehicles.

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

There was lengthy discussion, comments were heard, and suggestion were made.

The meeting adjourned at 8:57 p.m.
