The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Nancy Rogoff.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The minutes of the meeting held July 19, 2010 were approved.

PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS - CHAPTER 1125.08

Mrs. Rogoff asked Mr. Himes if he has gotten an opinion on parking from the law director? Mr. Himes said he did not get a formal opinion but he did talk to him and he says that the case law is mixed on this. But, it is his opinion that it is most likely a use regulation and, therefore, would be subject to grand-fathering. To extinguish that grand-fathering law the use would have to be abandoned for two years according to our code.

After lengthy discussion, Mrs. Lindner said she will incorporate the suggested revisions into a draft.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

Mrs. Rogoff said they are still waiting for comments from the Streets and Sidewalks Committee.

The meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
