STREETS AND SIDEWALKS COMMITTEE

Also present: Mayor Brick, Himes, Bloom Lannon

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Janis Evans.

CLEVELAND STREET/MILL STREET SIDEWALKS

Mr. Lannon updated the Committee on the summary of cost estimates and the school/village scope splits. He said the next step would be to hold a public meeting for property owners along the sidewalk project so that they can review the plans.

Mr. Himes and Mr. Lannon briefly talked about assessments, signage, and the easements that will be needed.

Mrs. Evans announced a public meeting for Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. Mr. Himes said a notice will be sent to property owners.

Comments were heard from the audience and questions were answered.

The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
